What do you like best?

When I need to create new job postings or make a correction fast I can do this on my mobile device. It's fast and easy to use. My account even saves basic templates for job descriptions I've used in the past.

What do you dislike?

Setting appointments on Indeed is a fairly new feature. Something that the mobile recruiter app does that the regular site doesn't is change the time zone to Mountain Time. I set 50 appts once while traveling from California to Washington and my time zone had always been set to Pacific Time. This ‘opps' was frustrating and going back to edit was not as easy as it was to send the appt invites initially.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Biggest benefit is not having to pull my laptop out everywhere I go. When candidates message me on Indeed o get a notification just as if they would have texted my personal number. Staying in touch with your potential hires is necessary if you don't want them to continue looking elsewhere.
