What do you like best?

That survivors, loved ones, advocates, etc. can be notified in real-time (in theory, at least) when an inmate or offender is being relocated or transported. I like the various options for notification and the format of the notifications. I wish they would provide an input section for the purpose of the move (court hearing info, reason for moving facilities, etc)

What do you dislike?

Notification isn't always timely and it isn't always accurate, which may be user error on the end of the agency with custody. It also feels very impersonal, which I think could be an easy fix

Ensuring survivors, loved ones, advocates, lawyers, and other community partners can account for inmates and offenders and take appropriate safety precautions to avoid conflict and safety concerns
