Advanced user of Handheld Mobile Computing DevicesWhat I like best about the handheld devices is that if I need to put back a product in the correct spot, I can just scan the product and it'll tell me where, and the exactly shelf and position it sits at! It also helps with overstock, etc!
What I dislike about the handheld devices is it isn't specific onto which aisle the item belongs to; to fully understand which back wall/aisle it belongs to you'll have to understand the whole store, so it's harder for newer people.
Advice for newbies; ask your coworkers about where the product goes, or which aisle if unsure! Don't hesitate to ask; it's better to learn!
Problems I'm solving is adding more specific details to the device. Benefits are it's much much quicker to scan the item and easily find its position rather than scanning through each Mylar!
