I was promised “user friendly”...

What do you like best?

The ease of data entry. My officers are happy with the procedures.

What do you dislike?

The lack of ease on the administrative side of things. I have to upload each scanned document one by one, and I've got a plethora of docs to be scanned. Very irritating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Not many.
