What do you like best?
This software is great for letting you know what needs to be filled out and what is needed for information.
What do you dislike?
Mistakes often cannot be undone. Evidence processing codes are confusing and often result in critical errors as well as reports being printed out incorrectly. Software is routinely down making getting reports done and submitted nearly impossible at times.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Warrants and complaints print out easily which is very nice. The backfill feature for people and vehicles that have been entered by dispatch is a nice feature.
