What do you like best?
What I like the best about IRIMS is the integration that they have achieve from using it on computers, inside vehicles, and most of all for us was the app form that can be used on our iPads. We are able to use it seamlessly between all three platforms and it update to help eliminate radio traffic for our dispatchers.
What do you dislike?
The one dislike so far is that IRIMS app is the newest installment from then and they are still rolling it out. It has worked much better from the first days of it. I will have to say they have updated it quickly and now it is working great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great to use and when implemented correctly for a department it can surely help dispatch and your employees.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The business problem that we were solving with IRIMS was lowering the amount of radio traffic that we had over the air. By implementing IRIMS on all three devices has helped lower the traffic and also made updates come through faster due to not having to wait for the radio traffic to clear to be able to air traffic.
