OpenGov is one of the most useful software purchases we've made!
What do you like best?
OpenGov staff are amazing. They are responsive, creative problem solvers, and care about their customers. We are implementing several of their products and their project managers are communicative, organized, and I never have to ask anything, they are always one step ahead of me.
What do you dislike?
They keep coming up with more product that I like ;) I really don't have a complaint about them. They truly care about their customers and listen to their input when developing their products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be diligent in your research and pick a company that is good for your organization.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are streamlining our processes and sharing data in a more intuitive way to our residents. Are end users are able to create views on data and use them to better understand their data and be more proactive with decision making. We are working diligently to be more transparent with our residents and provide meaningful data that they can use.
