Great project management software
What do you like best?
I like that Smart Sheet allows me to manage project like a pro. You can assign tasks, track deadlines, and manage calendars.
What do you dislike?
There is a learning curve to Smartsheet, as it is more complex than excel spreadsheet. Once you get it though, it is easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great project management tool that let's entire teams collaborate. There is a learning curve but once you figure out how you will use the tool it is incredible fro collaboration, efficiency and tracking deliverables and metrics.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am now able to track project tasks and deliverables with my entire project team where everyone knows exactly what they should be doing and when. Additionally, we have been able to cut down on the time and number of meetings we have for status updates because the Smart Sheets I have created are used to provide those asynchrnously.
