What do you like best?
Very well customizable. Since it is cloud based, it is very easily available within and out of the office environment. Allows collaboration along with it's RBAC framework.
What do you dislike?
The documentation available is lesser at the moment. Does not have all the features of MS Project

Good project management tool to start with. Lacks a few features like GANTT chart, etc.
