What do you like best?

Our product team seriously values the ability for all members of our team to contribute feedback from customers and ideas from others and their own experience in our product. Additionally, this is great tool to sharing our product roadmap with stakeholders and attaching feedback and ideas to initiatives on our roadmap. We also really like the tagging ability, being able to tag feedback and ideas with topics is helpful in making development and product marketing decisions.

What do you dislike?

The only dislike is that ideas cannot have images attached to them. I think it would be helpful because sometimes our ideas come with assets or creative/imagery ideas that are attached to them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use prodpad larely for cross-team communication, advising stakeholders of product roadmap, product development decisions, product improvements.
