What do you like best?

I liked how the team handled their customers and proposed various solutions to the issues I raised, such as privacy concerns.

The product site has tons of handful information and real use cases.

The product has just enough features to feel comfortable and do not overload user interface.

Also, I liked the feature which allows prioritization from different angles, for example management and development teams.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I disliked in the product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The question of backlog prioritization is the pressing one and most of the PM tools does not have a convenient way to do so in a controlled and grounded manner using well known methodologies.
