Advanced user of eRSPHas many features to add tags, tasks, notes, etc. potential, current and past employees & customers, doesn't sell consumer data to other companies or entities like other big software companies
Not too customization in terms of editing the layout or build out of software, website goes down during a work day for a couple of hours
