Very Good Customer Service
What do you like best?
I've really appreciated the very attentive and quick customer service and technical support. The system is much easier to install than our previous one, and it's more reliable. It works with more operating systems.
What do you dislike?
It takes some work on my end to track the billing for revenue sharing, and some people's devices have persistent issues (often user error, but we have to deal with it regardless). But it was much harder with my previous system, so I am appreciative.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Ezeep so that users in our office who are all on different systems and working for different companies can utilize one centralized printing system. We also recoup some costs through Ezeep billing features.
