great to manage printing costs by cost centre

What do you like best?

interconnects perfectly with most multi-function printers/scanners, even in a fleet of different brands

What do you dislike?

old devices can't be managed in the same way as new ones

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- who has printed what volume

- what count of paper

- what count of BW pages

- what count of colour pages

- cost allocation to the cost centres

- LDAP sync of active directory, so i don't need to type user names

- when users leave or change, it is all automated
