What do you like best?
I do like how you can customize it. It allows for quoting and to enter set pricing for quotes under a certain volume.
What do you dislike?
It is difficult to get the right reports pulled and downloaded. You have to format them a lot. We had a lot of information though which was probably why it took so long.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
