What do you like best?
Ease of use and interface works properly, Had Therapy Source and Rehab Toolkit since 2005.
What do you dislike?
Customer service is horrible. I have two tickets open through their portal login, one from a month ago that says transferred and has not been resolved and the other says New from over a week ago. If you call customer service expect to wait a long time to get your call answered. Try it 866-813-7454.
