What do you like best?

- User-friendly UI for iPad & Android

- Flexibility to add new modules and update current platform

- Supportive team to address issues and deliver solutions as fast as posbbile

- Active Checking the performance and quality of calls

What do you dislike?

- Nested and complex Windows Software

- Redundant information in reports if field-force rotates between business units

- No access to data of inactive users

- Mapping between Gregorian and Solar calendars
