UI isn't the best. However, they are improving it but slowly. Which is better than going in the wrong direction.
Better UI. Everything else seems to be heading the right direction! It's just hard in this industry to really judge what direction is right or wrong due to the incredible amount of change happening. However, Welldoc is a emerging software that should be given a chance and it may help you and your patients connect better!
The price isn't horrible for what the software is offering. Most EMR's are ugly and hard to use. And this might be a better step towards a more universal system.
Electronic records a lot more clean and patient data is more concise and easy to view.
