Best way to communicate with customers

What do you like best?

I enjoy the ease of this program. It's easy to communicate to customer in real time

What do you dislike?

There seems to be a lot of delays and errors with medchat. I'm not sure if it's due to connectivity, but sometimes when people chat in, those chats don't show up on your log.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's easy to solved problems with this program. It's easy to connect our customer system with medchat.
