Doctor Logic has been a tremendous help, specifically through Covid

What do you like best?

I like that I can ask advice. The are nationwide so I can find out what is working in other markets

What do you dislike?

I would like a bit more pro activity with suggestions. I feel like I need to ask for suggestions that will help as opposed to being offered recommendations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Possibly a quarterly call about recommendations, improvements, what is working in other regions, any upcoming improvements,etc.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Covid has been tough on all of us. It was especially scary to come up with messaging that was not insensitive to the situation, but we still need to bring money in. I was more confident in these decision with the DL team behind me.
