What do you like best?
I'm consistently impressed with the Channeltivity team responsiveness. They always exceed my expectations. Our channel partner program has grown considerably in the past year and Channeltivity has been very supportive and a great partner throughout our growth. I'm always impressed that no matter what my request regarding a feature/functionality, the Channeltivity team always responds with a method of accomplishing the task.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have portal tutorials for my team as we grow our channel business. It's important they know the features/functionality of the platform. I'd also like to better understand their feature roadmap. Having a more visually appealing (perhaps more graphic capabilities) would be a plus. Integration issues with Salesforce are time consuming and not always straight forward in terms of resolution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Channeltitivity provides us with a platform to manage our channel partner relationships and more recently we deployed the training and co-marketing functionality. We're widely using the training module. Our co-marketing module has been piloted and we're looking to broader usage in 2020. We have also expanded our channel sales team and our partner portal has been a critical component as we have expanded both our internal sales organization and our authorized partner base globally.
