What do you like best?
Easy to figure out after a working with for a few weeks. Sherri from RecDesk is very helpful, usually available when needed and very willing to help.
What do you dislike?
We use it for gym and aquatics memberships. We recently started using it for personal training memberships and appointments. It automatically checks members in for personal training whether they have an appointment on the day they are coming to work out or swim on their own or not. So we have to be very carful and be sure we are checking members in for the right activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
System is ok. But there is much better specialty fitness software out there.
