What do you like best?

Software gets the job done completely and does what it is expected to do.

What do you dislike?

It is not user friendly.

Turn around time is very high.

Output is in the form of a zip file and cannot be used on the phone.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Once you make a tutorial file using epiplex, keep in mind that packed file will be sent to some other team in Bangalore and they will prepare a final version for you. Secondly, there will be multiple iterations when it comes to the final product.

Also the output would be in the form of a web page HTML and not MP4 which you can share on whatsapp or any other media .

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Epiplex helped us to train the field team regarding the new functionalities developed during our transition from SAP R3 to S4. This has significantly reduced the time required to gather the team and explain them the functionality. But at the same time, a lot of effort goes in on how to make the videos and then to prepare them
