What do you like best?

Managing Public relations has become so efficient with Tekgroup and my team and I are using it for a very long time and have found it amazingly feature-rich software and the best in its category. Its online newsroom and e-commerce facility is so helpful for our team. It is also an auction platform. Another feature that I liked the most is, it has enabled us to better communicate with our customers by providing us closed platforms like that of Facebook. Communication is a key to any business and Tekgroup understands it so well.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I feel is missing is " How to start" or "Starting guide" so one can easily operate it because when I first started it I found it tough and it took me some time to understand its working process.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping in view all the benefits it has provided to our business I really liked this software and I have found it as really excellent software to manage and enhance Public relations which is very important to maintain nowadays. Its business-consultation is also really good. And keeping in view the minds of people It has cellphone application too thus benefiting us in all possible ways it can.
