Great product with minor limitations

What do you like best?

With great quality files, it instantly converts it to a usable CSV file that can be imported into most of the accounting software. The option to change date format and compatibility for required accounting software are great too.

What do you dislike?

When we use pdf files in complex formats or of credit cards, it sometimes misses the few statement lines or makes the credit as debits.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is saving me a lot of effort in converting Bank and credit card statements to CSV for my clients. 80% of the time, it provides 100% accurate results.
