Advanced user of PulsePointGiving feedback to our employees & being able to share our opinion in hopes of it being heard. I wish that our employer would require the PULSEPOINT as a required feature, and not optional. I feel that some employees find it time consuming, and a waste of time to fill out these surveys. Without filling out the surveys, the organization does not know what to fix. We should be grateful that we are offered this monthly within our organization so that they can improve any flaws that we feel our company has.
The technology was weak in the beginning, but it has come a long way since start up. I wish there was a way for our company to actually be forced to make changes that they find in these surveys, but unfortunately, that is not the job of this company. It is up to our organization to do that. Otherwise, I find this system to be very adequate in getting our views across to our organization.
I would suggest filling out the surveys that your company sends you. This is the only true way to get your anonymous opinions out there without having to set time aside to speak with your manager. I appreciate that the surveys are anonymous, so that your employer does not have to know what you personally dislike about how your company is being run.
Our employer is giving us surveys to better the overall work culture and technology being used. I like that we are able to give our opinions, and they are able to take our feedback and hopefully utilize it to fix the flaws. The mission and vision of PULSEPOINT is to unify real-world digital and clinical data to create a unique and precise view of health audiences, that refines, improves, and increases its view over time. Which is hopefully what PULSEPOINT is doing to our organization.
