What do you like best?

In fact video reviews are the best in a way that one can firmly express their entire experience with a certain software or a tool directly face to face by which the business strategy can be planned accordingly. With this kind of review platform, even the interviewer gets to know the credibility of the user within an instance.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I disliked on having a review with a video format and to be frank I really enjoyed reviewing the software tools I used online through a video with the interviewer. Thanks to G2 platform for such a wonderful way of experiencing and giving out reviews.

I would definitely recommend this software for your eCommerce business to find out a quick solution so that you can plan the best strategy to scale up your existing business based on the reviews through this software tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem was from my own Internet Connection and also slight disturbance from my end as I was working from home and needed to attend the video interview separately from a noiseless room. As all the family members would also be with me while working from home, I was facing space issues as well as Internet connection issues while taking up the video interview. Apart from these, I don't have any other issues
