Team members can upload files in PNG, JPG, PSD, PDF and Video MP4 or GIF formats and annotate them using various tools, and share project’s review link with multiple reviewers.

GoVisually allows businesses to sort design and video revisions into several categories and label them according to individual requirements. Freelancers can update the status of files to ‘needs review’, ‘needs changes’, ‘approved’, or ‘finalized’ as well as review commenting histories to facilitate content revisions. The solution also lets users create to-do lists to track and resolve issues across designs.

Using GoVisually, marketing professionals can receive email notifications about client comments and view previous interactions on the sidebar. Simple Process, Well Priced and Improves Approval Time and Efficency.

What do you like best?

For me, the best thing is GoVisually's simple interface which means that anyone is able to start leaving comments for approvals swiftly and efficiently, especially clients I have who aren't that tech-savvy. I also love that the GoVisually team is constantly striving to make the product better and better to aid all different kinds of creative businesses, now including GIF and MP4 commenting.

The team are always on hand via the live chat to sort out any issues and help support you, I can't recommend them enough!

What do you dislike?

As with all online products you occasionally come across bug and snags but I know that when these are reported they are swiftly dealt with. It would be great if the product would support interactive PDFs for digital products so that links and interactive parts of a PDF could be checked by a client within the interface. I know this is something the team is looking into. but overall, love the product and the team, keep up the great work! it would also be great to be able to compare pages from different proof versions so clients can see what differences have been made between proofs. I also know this is something that GoVisually are working on, so I can't wait for that update!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I definitely recommend you take up the free trial to see if this can work for you. I haven't looked back and for the price, it's really good and affordable but more importantly a time saver and looks really professional too.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I find that clients are commenting quicker on projects and it helps that everything is kept in one place for when amends and updates need to be made to projects. It has particularly been a lifesaver for those larger brochure print products, especially during the draft phases. It also helps that because it's all done online that clients don't receive anything but the final version so there aren't hundreds of random PDF documents flying about.
