What do you like best?

We are currently offering Medical courses for registered nurses and doctors. It's a great, simple, and professional way to offer these courses/webinars to people who are often very busy. It's very convenient; you have access to all participants/students of the course (email, phone number, test scores etc). We usually print certificates for everyone that completes the course and it is nice that we can print certificates through the software.

What do you dislike?

The pricing seems a little too steep, especially considering we are a not for profit organization.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The software consolidate all aspects of the course (such as pricing, invoicing, test scores, participation rates, scheduling conflicts, etc). In a way, this saves us time and resources since we do not have to rely on multiple softwares (although we do use a software for bookkeeping purposes).
