What do you like best?

What I liked most about Get Satisfaction was the simplicity of use and it's array of features; it truly makes getting the data we want from our customers easy without having to spend hours setting up complex formulas or algorithms. I enjoy the look of the UI as well, and it integrates easily. Speaking of the UI the search function is something that the c level executives specifically sought out and it makes

What do you dislike?

It can be somewhat difficult to navigate, all things considered. I would like to see a more central location for the housing of certain data, and not be stuck in what appears to be a redirect loop. SSO doesn't work on mobile applications, which can be a bummer for on the fly viewing of analytics; Metrics could be a touch better, if they would allow a broader range of them (unique users, etc.). Reporting in the application was a major downfall, really, in that it just lacked what we were looking for in the application (not enough information to be truly useful)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be prepare to have some to manage the post, they can get out of hand quickly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We primarily utilized Getsat as a community based forum, the problems we were able to solve were how do we allow user to submit a question and get a reply in a time frame that works for them, but is also public. The realized benefits to the customer base were that we were able to share information freely across the application for others to see as well.
