Advanced user of Q-Flow QM (Customer Flow Management)If set up, it gave us the patients name and DoD number, identifying number with government agencies. This allowed us to know which patient to expect at our window when calling the number. It also separated patients from intaking and just picking up as well
When nothing was set up at another location and it only gave ticket number and no information on what the patient was there for or name
It helped us to triage the patients properly, uniformed members had priority and so on.
