What do you like best?

It's easy to integrate into Teams and is free if you have the right subscription to 360

What do you dislike?

Like most Microsoft products, it provides the minimum capability of allowing clients to book appointments on your website but it fails these basic other areas.

- Very limited ability to format the look of the webpage and content gathered from the clients. - The 6 or so templates are pretty ugly by my standards.

- In teams it can only show a portion of one day at a time. No week or month view making you scroll around A LOT to see all your booked appointments making it easy to miss them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is very hard to properly embed on a Wordpress website. No matter what you do it cuts off the top and the bottom. It somehow ignores the iframe measurements and just does what it wants.

Our logo always appears with a square around it no matter how we format the alpha channel

The email it sends the client after they book is ugly and very Microsofty - if they aren't reading carefully it looks more like a microsoft spam than an appointment with us

If the client uses the rescheduling feature, it doesn't work but also doesn't tell anyone the request was made.
