What do you like best?
As a freelance social media manager and content creator - the time is a key asset but also one of my toughest resources to manage. What do you dislike?
Like any good software – these remarkable features come at a price and I did have to make budget adjustments to accommodate the price plan. However, in the long-run, money spent on this software is better than time lost on mismanagement of my calendar. Beyond that, I am happy as I could be!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have repeatedly mentioned the time I am saving with Hupport, but it's more than that. I am no longer dependent on multiple calendars and reminders to keep track of multiple clients. It is indirectly managing my clients for me by managing my meetings.
A lot of my clients are based outside of India. Hupport has allowed me to juggle meetings between Hongkong, Ireland, Australia, and Canada. I don't need to calculate time conversions anymore, I don't worry about double-booking and I can meet my overseas clients without any hassle.
It is acting as a personal assistant without adding to my headcount. As a freelancer or small business, this is a critical saving.
