Advanced user of ADD Energy E3I really enjoy working with Energy. The summary screen has the majority of information you need when speaking to a customer to make the experience thorough and pleasant.
Is not as innovative as other new programs out there now.
It is great for customer service. Scheduling work orders and having customer's information available for when customer's call in without having to flip through different screens.
