Advanced user of Mobile Capture1. Abbyy Flexi capture is available on premise which is the best USP since tool like Docparser is having only a cloud deployment option and hence some customers hesitate to have their invoice documents on cloud.
2. Tons of options provided to tailor and extract required information.
3. One of the best OCR engine in the market!! Extracts hand written text as well at times.
1. Consumes a lot of space to install (in GBs)
2. Installation and learning Flexi capture as a product is a bit tricky and a difficult part.
3. Learning material is not available and one has to undergo a paid training which is costly.
4. Not much user-friendly as it provides tons of options for extraction. Thus, creates confusion for the user of the product.
Premium option for OCR on premise.
Go for it if you do not have budget constraints and can invest in a dedicated machine for having it on premise.
Extensive training required in order to start using the product since there are tons of options available to achieve the same task and can be confusing at times to know which one to use.
