What do you like best?

Fairly easy to setup, does a decent job at crawling the network once you have your setup entered in.

Pulls vital info from most PC and printer objects such as model, serial, toner levels, etc.

What do you dislike?

Very resource intensive while scanning, which is essentially a non-stop scan in my environment slowing down other applications running on the same server.

Even when you try to turn the scanner off, it starts scanning again, have to go into the settings and force it to stop multiple times per day.

Devices often show back up after deleting them, kind of a pain if you are trying to clean up your inventory.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This product is a great free method of getting some sort of inventory in place if you do not already have a system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had nothing in place for inventory, this was a good first step.
