What do you like best?

I like that we can utilize as many or as few features as we need. We do not have to over-complicate our setup, yet we can access everything we need.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how easily I have been able to find a bug that has us dead in the water that needs to be escalated up to senior developers... We aren't doing anything too complicated, yet I seem to manage it once every year and a half (which is more than desirable).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Pay the little bit extra and go to Cloud hosted - BEFORE you need it due to a global pandemic. It is a lot harder to do during.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Jamf to do our 1-to-1 iPad deployment at school. It has allowed us to push apps to student devices and pull away the app store. I also do like that while issues are rare for us, they are rarely across the platform, usually just us, usually huge (not simple things that should have been caught/foreseen), and are rare enough that I still feel really good about the product.
