What do you like best?

I like submitting tickets for different aspects of services I need

What do you dislike?

I have had trouble when inserting tickets with them being done timely or correctly.

It is going in the right direction, just has some current hiccups.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We do have the benefit of not waiting on the phone to speak with the carrier. We are making our time dealing with the problem shorter (at times) by just entering a ticket and getting a resolution.
