Simple and powerful experience for the deskless workforce
What do you like best?
ArcLab is very focused on building a platform for the deskless workforce - this same focus allows them to sieve through the noise and come up with a powerful authoring platform that allowed us to create simple modules and test for learner's understanding through a quiz. We were then able to make use of this list to identify learners who might not be digitally savvy and dedicate our trainers to guide them. We also love that our learners do not need to download an app to access the modules!
Most importantly, their team is very responsive and are appreciative of all feedback.
What do you dislike?
ArcLab is constantly upgrading and updating their platform, we are looking forward to all of these improvements.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have over 1,600 employees across more than 150 locations islandwide. It is difficult for us to train all staff face to face. By deploying ArcLab, we are able to scale up our L&D operations at a much lower cost and we can track individual progress. Eventually, we hope to improve our service and quality through consistent training on this platform.
