What do you like best?

The microlearning aspect. I embrace it and it is extremely useful to have bits of information tested as you go. And the gamification aspect of the platform.

What do you dislike?

The platform sends too many emails. It is almost like spam. I like that it sends updates, but it should send them in bulk at some hour. This would remove the part where I check my phone every half hour to see that some colleague liked an answer. I don't know if there's an option to change the frequency, but it should be more promoted.

Also, sending reminders every day for a task that has two weeks time to complete is annoying.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ease of learning and also getting rid of session exams stress at university. I think It helps me learn, but maybe not as good as usual exams.
