What do you like best?

The best features of this software/program is that it allows students to sign up easily and filter classes they wish to take based on subject classification. They can also register and pay for classes independently which takes a lot of stress away when one is in charge of overseeing the training. For students, it's also extremely good in giving year end reports and does a very good analysis of yearly progress.

What do you dislike?

It affords very little flexibility when the purpose of the courses is to train people. In my opinion, it's quite good for people learning themselves or catching up on skills, but not good at all as a training software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please consider this only if you are looking to train people who are looking to catch up on skills while working or are going to learn yourself. It allows you to have a single login for your entire family, and also to pay together. If however you're using it to train new hires, for example, at your company, I'd say there are better softwares/programs out there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used it sometime back in my department to evaluate and train new hires involved in teaching/support roles.
