Good user interface; ideal for teams

What do you like best?

Distribution of press releases is second to none. Also: clean user interface, good for tracking issues across multiple team members in large and small organisations.

What do you dislike?

The relationship between 'conversations' and 'topics' (ie issues) is still a little clunky. It would be nice if these were more joined up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Speak to the PRGloo team if you're migrating from another platform, they make it very straightforward.
