Great site for local media tracking

What do you like best?

They reliably send daily emails updating us on references both online and in print. The search engine is consistent in uncovering references to our university. The ability to prepare and develop customized media reports is incredibly useful.

What do you dislike?

I'd like it if we were able to track outside of our area, but it is, I believe, a more expensive plan we don't have the budget for; there are occasionally smaller media outlets they don't capture.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

One of the very best ways to track local media, and the customer service support is top-notch. If you have questions, you will get personal contact with someone right away.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The daily emails and the ability to prepare reports helps us showcase the return on investment from our marketing and PR efforts. It also is critical for keeping up with how and when the University is referenced in local media.
