No one knows how to use it correctly, or to get the functionality out of it that it claims to have, and I have spoken to developers all across the world.
Dont do it.
You may be attracted by the feature set that they claim to have, maybe the integrations with other Zoho apps, or maybe even the price honestly map out exactly what you want to achieve, understand the results that you want to obtain from the software THEN SPEAK TO A DEVELOPER, if they cant help you or they tell you it can't be done believe them. Zoho as a whole is cumbersome, disconnected and unintuitive, it feels like app with features from 2005, where you need to tell it every single thing to do, line by line.
I read the reviews too before i purchased, honestly it was all garbage and propaganda, they will actually give you "credits" to use on your marking hub account for your review in the expectation that it will be positive.
Consider other apps, yes they will cost more but 100% they will work more too.
We are trying to engage with our prospects via various marketing mediums, Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and others, track who is engaged with our posts who visits our website from the posts, or any of our customers that visit our site, so we can score them, and connect with them and have meaningful conversations with them.
