What do you like best?

An easy and prompt method to generate reviews for our company. Determine level of customer satisfaction. Determining if they will refer us to their friends and neighbors. Daily posting of Google and Facebook reviews for our review and response. Took just a few weeks to get trained to use the program. Birdeye has offerred weekly training time with staff. Cell phone access off site to those reviews or customer feedback that need immediate attention.

nothing to dislike at this time. We are still early in the process. We are solving early confusion each week

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Lack of reviews and bringing automation to our after the sale performance. Ease of seeing if the customer is satisfied after taking delivery of their flooring. Being able to ask for a referral and grading their experience is very valuable. Eliminating the use of the postal service for thank you and survey cards. Very time consuming to manually mail these. Birdeye will do it for us. Being able to determine if sales staff are making follow up phone calls
