I love how chat and SMS are integrated for agents, but it would be nice to have the option to combine searches or reporting for them. It is useful to report on those separately, but there are also times where combining them or searching through both at once would be a time saver.
Powerfront has a really advanced chat system with smart triggers, it is also able to integrate with other support systems (such as Zendesk) to close the loop between chat and other communications.
It is a lot more efficient for our customer service team to help customers via chat or SMS and it is also typically faster for the customer to get resolution or assistance. Overall, we are able to assist more customers with less agents when they reach out to us via chat or SMS.
