What do you like best?

Birdseed has the ability to use the live chat feature on your website in a way that allows users to access you but you not having to be ON your site actually live all the time. Super nice feature!

What do you dislike?

Our website now offers this feature so i think it's becoming more & more common that it might not be necessary.
