Easy to set-up chat

What do you like best?

It's very easy to set up. This is the most important thing our staff like about it. We use it extensively whenever some urgent requirement arises from client. Most of the time you may not require to contact support to get it set up on your site. This is very crucial as it seems very intuitive to make it more advance but by doing that you can make things more complex for user. phpFreeChat is so easy and effective that it also helps you to make it simple for user and does not allow you to make it complex. This helps to get what we want from it, that is simple chat.

What do you dislike?

Only thing we miss is time wasted when there is some issue arises. This happens rarely and we have to wait for support to reply. One of the issue we remember was very strange. It may be due to some codes going wrong at there end. Once chat data was deleted instantly and we could not do anything to retrieve it. We tried the helpdesk and other FAQ available but it never got retrieved. Well, it was not very important, but it was an important chat to keep record then we would have to replace it. So I guess this kind of issues need to resolved or stopped from happening in future.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easy and fast solution for automated chat feature for your website. If you want something simple and quick, then go for it. I also recommend to new users or company that they should test it internally. It is very easy and may be very useful. You may also keep using it internally after looking at its effectiveness. We used it and created something for our HR team to communicate fast with employees. In such way you can create something useful for your organisation and also test it before implementing for your client or more important processes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Chat integration on website for us and for our clients. We have also tested it internally with our HR team to make problem solving within a particular group fast and instantaneously. Well it is also a good idea for others to implement before going live with it. Well it is very simple but we decided that it would be great to test it by using it internally before implementing directly for the clients. So it is a good practice.
