What do you like best?

The Linked Chat helps to connect between Telegram and Slack. I like that I can chose to have email notifications sent to me when people message or reply. Best part, you can send pictures very easily. It also helped me establish professional connections with customers and client with minimum effort.

What do you dislike?

It would have been great if we could do video conferencing. A standard and basic interface such that no conferencing and video call can be conducted. It also has limited number of characters for instant texting or messaging. A small amount of issue when it comes to security too. Relatively much better interface but a slight bit of customization would have added value to the the entire application.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look out for some information or videos to understand the benefits. It provides you with various option to connect with platform so it gets easier for you to use instead of running multiple applications. Without using, it is difficult to decide and understand.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used to use multiple chat platforms to chat and interact and since not everyone uses same application, I had to duplicate the effort. LinkedChat helps me save time and effort. It is also easy to chat with others associates and colleagues, sharing files, and pictures. Messaging with multiple users is possible only using LinkedChat.
