What do you like best?
Easy navigation, everything is in one place instead of having to switch between different document management programs. Excellent law firm tool to unify day-to-day matter activities. Also helps us keep apprised of upcoming deadlines.
Easily integrated with MS office.
What do you dislike?
This is a deadline driven software and my department does not deal with the deadlines that are available in this system, however it is customizable which is helpful.

Great product that allows employees to do things the same way across a department. Also allows employees to have all functionality in one place which increases employee productivity.

Switching from Hummingbird DM to Mattershpere requires a lot of cleanup in Hummingbird DM.
